Dear Asmaa
I was delighted to learn of your participation in the upcoming regional elections.
Having known and worked with you whilst in public office under the Ministry of Transport, I have no doubt that you will continue to provide exceptional service to your people and inspire women throughout Morocco and beyond to achieve great things.
Your commitment for the betterment of your country and its people has been the guiding theme in your work irrespective of your political position. I believe it is this selfless quality and your desire to project Morocco internationally through your highly cooperative approach to foreign companies and investors that makes you an ideal national public servant; and one that deserves an opportunity to harness the power of the people to deliver a mandate of further development and prosperity for the Casablanca region and beyond.
I wish you immense luck in your political ambitions and endorse your candidacy. I look forward to collaborating with you in the future.
Bonne chance!!!

Asmaa is a huge asset to our community and she is so deserving recognition because her leadership in addressing and raising awareness about gender equality issues in the sea related activities at the national and international level, made her a great representative of WISTA in many events where she was invited as speaker.

Asmaa, WIMA Africa Vice President in charge of Arab countries, is a great global networker, dependable, efficient and very ambitious person that makes gender equality advancement one of her top priorities.

Moroccan Professional Association of Shipagents and Shipbrokers & FONASBA President
M. Jalal Benhayoun (Maroc)
PORTNET (Ex Moroccan Single Window) General Director

I have known Ms Benslimane for 2 years and was delighted to supervise her training as part of a Master's Degree in Political and Public Communication. I also directed her end of studies Thesis, at the Faculty of Economic, Social and Legal Sciences of Mohammedia /Hassan II University of Casablanca.
During that time, I witnessed her extraordinary motivation and courage first hand, that's why I feel that she has the ability to carry out her research about "Rethinking Moroccan Public Diplomacy as an approach to developing soft power: assessment, comparative study between Morocco and the United States and proposal of a model". This subject is really meeting Morocco's current needs in terms of nation branding, reputation and Soft Power.

As Ms Benslimane's MBA capstone project supervisor and Professor of "Projects management" and " Mega Complex Projects management" at SIST - Cardiff Metropolitan University, I have a very close understanding of Asmaa’s academic capabilities. In the two years that I have known her, I am very impressed with her dedication to any endeavor she has been involved with.
Asmaa’s greatest strengths are that she is an independent self-starter, multitasking and hard working person who spares no effort to meet the deadlines. Asmaa is also very courageous since she has decided to reorient her career after 19 years of seniority by preparing 2 masters in completely new fields for her: diplomatic studies and Political and Public Communication.
Pr. Abderrahmane Jassim (Maroc)
Cardiff Metropolitan University (Grande Bretagne) & SIST - Superior Institutions of Science and Technology
I met Ms. Benslimane last year during her stay in Denver Colorado when I hosted her with three other International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) participants for dinner at my home. Since that time, we have spoken on numerous occasions; she has been assisting me in identifying teaching opportunities in Morocco.
Ms. Benslimane is also a great global networker, extremely reliable and organized in her goal-setting. She is efficient and a very ambitious (in the positive sense of that word) person. She is very concerned about Morocco’s image and reputation; that's why I feel that she has the ability to carry out her research about "Public Diplomacy in foreign Policy : case of Morocco and the United States".
Her motivation and capacity for fulfilling her responsibilities in a multicultural environment through a great variety of activities will allow her to bring back to Morocco the best theories and practices.
Her skills do not end with her social work. She also projects a warm, cheerful attitude to her foreign interlocutors, making her a great ambassador of Moroccan women and the country of Morocco more generally.
